Common Questions

Can you engrave an item I already have?

Yes, in most cases. Tell us what it’s made of and we’ll confirm it’s safe to engrave. Some plastics, like PVC and vinyl, can’t go in a laser.

What file types do you accept for logos?

Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) give the cleanest results, but a high-resolution PNG or JPG works too. We can also clean up or recreate artwork.

Do you do bulk orders for businesses?

Absolutely. Branded items for shops, events, and promotions are a big part of what we do. Ask about pricing for larger quantities.

How long does an order take?

It depends on the design and quantity. Simple single pieces are often quick. We’ll give you a timeline with your quote.

Have something in mind?
